Introduction

This comprehensive tutorial will guide you to set up products in JustOrder.Today backend portal. 

Step 1: Create Product Categories

Before you begin uploading your products, please create product categories.

Go to the 'Product Category' section from the Main Page.

Click "Add Product Category" to add new product category

Insert the name for the category. Activate the category; you have the option to deactivate it later if necessary.

You may arrange the order of appearance through the sort order function.

You can upload a photo for the category. (optional)

Click 'Create' to finalize the category setup.

 Tips: Please carefully create your product categories as your products will be organized under these categories. Each product can only appear in 1 category.

Step 2: Uploading Products:

Once you've created the product categories, you can start upload your products.

1. Add New Products:

From the main backend portal page, go to Products.

Click the "+" or "+ Add Product" icon, then select New Product.

Choose the suitable category you have created for the new product.

Enter the product name, price and measuring unit (UOM) (optional).

Add a detailed description and product tags (e.g., Spicy, Mother's Day).

Any best seller products? You can highlight featuring products by setting them as featured, they will be visible at the top slider of the page.

Manage stock levels either by product level or single option level (if your product consists of several options).

Set minimum or maximum quantities per order. 

(Optional) You can choose to enable exclusive reward points for members. Please take note that using redeem point will disable all multi-options and set all the single option price to Rm0.00.

(Optional) Enable pre-order options for specific products to set preparation periods.

You can upload one main photo and up to six additional photos, along with one product video and a cover photo.

For products with single options, you can configure option variations for eg. color or size. The stock quantity can be altered for each variation.

You may upload 1 photo for each product.

If the product is under multiple options, you can set up additional customization available for customer to choose. ( Suitable for products with additional Toppings: Biscuit, Chocolate, Jelly. you can set to minimum 1 topping and maximum up to three toppings).

For customers who wished to purchase in higher quantity, you can offer them a wholesale price. You may set price tiers based on quantity purchased. Add price tiers (e.g., Buy 2 for RM4 each, 4 for RM3 each) Note that adding wholesale pricing will disable multi-option selections and set single options as RM0.

Optimize product visibility with SEO settings. This will appear when someone search your product and appear in google or browser search engine.

Now you're done with this product! Click 'Create Product' to complete the product upload.

Bulk Upload Product:

Use the bulk upload feature for adding multiple products simultaneously.

Access the 'Product' section from the Backend Portal and in the 'Products' section , click '+'  and select "New Product"

In New Product page, click "Bulk Upload" at the top-right corner

Download the excel file and fill in the provided template. You may contact our customer service if you do not understand how this works.

Upload and review the upload for any missing information and make the correction respectively.

If the upload is failed, you may check the failed detail by click "FAILED" for more information.

Managing Product Quantities:

In the "Products" section of the Main Page, click '+', then select "Update Quantity".

Locate the specific product using the search bar function.

Update the quantity and confirm by clicking 'OK'.
