Home Page Layout

The first page shows the shop you have in the account. To access the shop, click the white area in box to access your shop backend portal. The blue link is the URL for your customers to visit your website. 

Backend Portal

Backend portal allow you to access all the shop features. If you wished to modify shop setting, click the "Edit" button at top-right corner.

Whitelisting Your Business WhatsApp Number

Please conduct whitelisting to enable our system bot to send notifications to your Whatsapp number. You may miss out important notifications if whitelisting is not done properly.

Click the Whitelist button to perform whitelisting. If you have sales agents, you can send the link below to whitelist their number.

Send the template message to the our system bot number. Successful whitelisted number will show messages and green icon in the backend portal.

Advance Shop Setting

This setting contains advance features for your shop.

To begin, start by going to the "Edit Shop" and select the "Advanced" section.

If your business does not allow customers to select self pick up and delivery time, you may activate this option to hide the time slot.  

If it is compulsory for your customer to choose the delivery date for the order, you may activate this feature.

If you wish to collect more customer information, you may activate this option to collect their Identification Card Number and Email Address.  

If you wish to have pop-up when customers view your website, please enable "Show Discount/Promotion Pop-Up in Ordering Menu Page" here.

If you wish to collect review from customer after ordered, you may activate these option to collect and show these reviews.

If you wish to emphasize the discounted price of your product, you may activate this feature to blink the discounted pricing.

You can insert your social media URL here which will show in your website.

You could change the default language and country code of your shop for better preferences.

You can set up the Facebook Pixel and Google Tag below.

On the right side of "Advance" tab is "Announcement " , you could customize the pop-up announcement to show your customers.
