Shipping Methods

Introduction

This section provides a comprehensive walkthrough on how to integrate with shipping providers, establish detailed shipping rates, and manage outgoing shipments efficiently. Whether you are setting up basic delivery options or looking for advanced shipping rate configurations, this guide will equip you with all the necessary tools to ensure your products reach your customers promptly and accurately.

Shipping Integration:

Go to the 'Shipments' section on the Main Page.

Choose from up to three logistics partners: Lalamove, Easyparcel, and Delyva.

To enable a partnership, you must have an account registered under the merchant you wish to use. Follow the red link for guidance on how to register and activate the partnership.

Once linked with a partner, activate the service and save to start shipping.

Setting Shipping Rates:

Navigate to 'Edit Shop' and select 'Delivery Options' in the General section.

Check "In-house Delivery" to set shipping rates.

Choose only one delivery fee option.

• Manual Setup:

Click 'Add Delivery Options'.

Enter the conditions manually for specific locations (e.g., Shah Alam). Multiple locations can be added.

Set the delivery fee, minimum order value, and free delivery options.

Click 'ADD' to finalize each condition. You may modify or delete using the button in ‘Action' Column.

• Automated Setup:

Click 'Add Delivery State Rule'.

Choose conditions based on state, allowing selection of multiple states.

Specify the delivery fee, minimum order value, and free delivery options.

Click 'ADD' to finalize each condition. You may modify or delete using the button in ‘Action' Column. 

Advanced Rate Configuration: (Activation upon Request)

• By Distance/Weight:

Set the origin address.

Drag the marker to accurately set your origin location.

Define delivery zones by distance (e.g., 0-10km, 11-50km) or by weight (e.g., 0-10kg, 11-50kg). Add condition by using '+' and delete the condition using 'trash' button.

For fixed rates over an indefinite range, set values like 0km-10,000km or 0kg-10,000kg.

• By Postcode/Weight:

Define delivery zones by postcode ranges (e.g., 40000-49999, 10000-19999) or by weight.

For fixed rates, set values like 00000-99999 or 0kg-10,000kg.

Check this features to ensure that customers provide accurate address details including postcode, city, and state.

Creating Shipments:

Navigate to 'My Orders' on the Main Page.

Locate orders by date (daily, weekly, monthly) or use the search and filter options.

Select the relevant order.

Below the order status, find 'Create Shipments' at the delivery provider section.

Choose the appropriate logistic provider.

Verify sender and recipient addresses.

Provide parcel details.

Click 'Select Courier/Get Quotation' to choose the desired service.

Once selected, the shipment is arranged and ready for pickup and delivery.
